Primitive tuning via quasiconformal surgery

چکیده
Using quasiconformal surgery, we prove that any primitive, postcritically-finite hyperbolic polynomial can be tuned with an arbitrary generalized non-escaping critical points, generalizing a result of Douady-Hubbard for quadratic polynomials to the case higher degree polynomials. This solves affirmatively conjecture by Inou and Kiwi on surjectivity renormalization operator in one complex variable.

Mating Quadratic Maps with Kleinian Groups via Quasiconformal Surgery
Let q : Ĉ → Ĉ be any quadratic polynomial and r : C2 ∗ C3 → PSL(2,C) be any faithful discrete representation of the free product of finite cyclic groups C2 and C3 (of orders 2 and 3) having connected regular set. We show how the actions of q and r can be combined, using quasiconformal surgery, to construct a 2 : 2 holomorphic correspondence z → w, defined by an algebraic relation p(z,w) = 0.
متن کاملQuasiconformal surgery and linear differential equations
We describe a new method of constructing transcendental entire functions A such that the differential equation w′′ + Aw = 0 has two linearly independent solutions with relatively few zeros. In particular, we solve a problem of Bank and Laine by showing that there exist entire functions A of any prescribed order greater than 1/2 such that the differential equation has two linearly independent so...
متن کاملVehicle Stabilization via a Self-Tuning Optimal Controller
Nowadays, using advanced vehicle control and safety systems in vehicles is growing rapidly. In this regard, in recent years new control systems, called VDC, have been introduced. These systems stabilize vehicle yaw motion, by yaw moment resulted from tire controlling forces. In this paper, an adaptive optimal controller applied to a vehicle to obtain a satisfactory lateral and yaw stability. To...

متن کاملConormal Modules via Primitive Ideals
The main object of this note is to study the conormal module M and the computation of the second symbolic power ḡ of an ideal ḡ in the residue ring O/h of a polynomial ring O over a field of characteristic zero. The torsion part T (M) of M and the torsion free module M/T (M) are expressed by the primitive ideal of g relative to h. Two characterizations for M/T (M) to be free are proved. Some im...
